Skogsrav - Licensed Movable Property Repossession and Debt Recovery Services Across Europe

Skogsrav is a PTAC (Consumer Rights Protection Centre) and State Police licensed company, holding an active extrajudicial debt recovery license and a detective agency license. We offer comprehensive movable property repossession services, including communication, search, recovery, and transportation back to the home country. We also provide full representation in law enforcement agencies, preparing and submitting documents for initiating criminal proceedings and issuing vehicle search notices.

Our services may involve extensive work, but the key benefit for our clients is that payment is required only after the successful repossession and delivery of the property to the parking lot. In cases where the debtor or any other person holding the property delivers it to the designated parking lot, the cost of the service will be lower.

Each repossession is documented with a handover act, which records the location of the property, details of the party transferring the vehicle, lease or rental agreement number, vehicle data, defects, and other relevant information. Every repossessed item is photographed during the recovery process. If there are personal belongings inside the property, we provide detailed descriptions, place them in storage containers, and offer free limited-term storage. If necessary, the property is sealed with special security stickers.

Once the item is placed in the parking lot, a copy of the handover act, along with a report that includes pictures of the recovered item and details of the recovery and delivery locations, will be submitted to our client.

Communication with Debtors

Often, when a third party is involved, debtors recognize the seriousness of the situation, and this communication frequently results in the voluntary placement of the leased property in the parking lot. Our experienced legal team handles all debtor communication in accordance with strict ethical standards.

Leasing and Rental Property Search

In cases where an agreement for the voluntary return of the leased property cannot be reached, or if communication with the debtor is unsuccessful, we initiate a comprehensive search for the leased property. This includes checking the locations provided by the client, as well as other potential locations or individuals where the leased property may be found.

After Finding the Leased or Rented Property

Once the leased or rented property is located, we strive to reach an agreement for the voluntary return of the asset, which includes handing over the ignition key and vehicle registration documents. A handover document is prepared and signed during the property retrieval, recording important details such as location, date, the vehicle’s visual condition, the presence of personal belongings, and other critical factors.

Transportation of repossessed goods

We handle the transportation of repossessed goods, both directly and through our long-term partners specializing in vehicle recovery and towing services. We have access to specialized equipment for transporting light vehicles, vans, semi-trailers, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, industrial machinery, and more.
